By engaging DilmeTech for any service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

DilmeTech provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media management, content creation, and email automation. The exact scope of work is defined in the proposal or invoice shared with you.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information.
• Ensure any content or materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
• Respond to approvals and feedback within agreed timelines.

3. Payments

• Fees are as stated in your proposal or invoice.
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in paused services.

4. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control (platform algorithms, market conditions, competition). We commit to best practices and transparent reporting but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue figures.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you (content, ad creatives, reports). DilmeTech retains the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential during and after the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

DilmeTech's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly engagement with 15 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
